Insulation pipe insulation material uses NBR as main raw material for foaming and become a fully closed cell of flexible rubber insulation materials, without any fiber material, HCHO and CFCS which are bad for ozonosphere.

It's black material with excellent product performance, make the products be widely used in various public place, industrial workship, clean room and medical education institutions, petrochemical industry etc.

Rubber as the main raw material ,no fiber ,non-formaldehyde, non-CFC and other ozone-depleting refrigerant ,can be directly exposed to the air, nor harm for human health .Standard product is black ,there are two major categories: rubber foam insulation sheet and insulation pipe, widely applied in central air-conditioning system water pipelines ,ducts ,hot water pipeline and crafts pipe line.

 

TOPLON tube is a black, flexible elastomeric foam tube used to conserve energy and prevent condensation on piping applications. The tube closed cell properties create exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation, protect against moisture penetration and provide the best solution for applications within a -280°F to +221°F temperature range. It is primarily used in the HVAC/R market and comes in 6 feet or 2 meet length. It is 25/50-rated, according to ASTM E-84 standards for surface burning characteristics of building materials.
