Introduction

The core components of the copper tube and aluminum fin heat exchanger include copper tubes, aluminum fins, and auxiliary structures.  Structurally, they are mainly circular straight tubes or U - shaped bent tubes, and the inner part of the tubes may be designed with internal ribs or spiral patterns to enhance heat exchange efficiency. The aluminum fins are made of aluminum alloy and stamped into different types such as flat, corrugated, and louvered. They increase the contact area with air, and in particular, the corrugated and louvered fins can disturb the air flow to strengthen heat exchange. In terms of auxiliary structures, the tube sheet is used to fix both ends of the copper tubes to ensure stability, the baffle or guide vane guides the fluid flow to avoid short circuits, and the frame supports the overall structure, which is mostly used in large - scale equipment.
